It is recommended anyone who needs assistance getting around for an event bring their own assistance or mode of transportation. Vibrant Arena does have some wheelchairs on-site, and arrangements for assistance is available on event nights at Guest Services.

Wheelchair accessible seating is located on our concourse level and is available for purchase at ticketmaster.com , by calling the Box Office at 309-764-2000 or in person at the Vibrant Arena Box Office.  

Floor seats are on the arena ground floor, usually require the shortest amount of walking and are a good solution for guests that have difficulty navigating stairs. Guests in bowl seats enter their sections from the concourse level. For this reason, the high rows of the lower bowl (20 being the highest) can be a good solution for guests that can handle few steps. Upper bowl seats require a guest to navigate 18 steps to get to the bottom of any section and 2 steps for every row. There are hand rails in every stairway in both the lower and the upper bowl.    

An elevator is located just inside the Vibrant Arena Main Entrance next to our box office. Our elevator attendant will assist patrons if needed.

Visually impaired accommodations vary widely by event and by the nature of sight disability. Guests are encouraged to reach out prior to an event going on sale if they have a unique sight disability.

Phone orders are accepted for special needs request by calling the box office directly at 309-764-2000 during select hours. Service charges and per orders fees apply to all phone orders. Wait times may be a factor and orders will not be accepted by the Box Office within the first hour of any event going on sale to the public.

Sign language interpreters are available by advance request at Vibrant Arena. Please contact Vibrant Arena either via email at ask@vibrantarena.com or telephone 309-764-2000 to request an interpreter at least three weeks before the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request; however, it will depend on the availability of a qualified interpreter. Guests may be asked to change their seating location to accommodate the use of a sign language interpreter.

Vibrant Arena has assisted listening devices available. These devices are available on a night-of, check-out system at Guest Services. A Driver's License or other Governement Issued Photo ID required for check-out.
