Will Call

Tickets held for pickup at the venue are available anytime that the Box Office is open. On event nights reserved orders can be picked up at the “will call” window.  A valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card are required in order to receive tickets.
 
Note that it is common for many tickets such as VIP packages, tickets left by a team or artist, and those purchased through an artist fan club to only be available for pick up on the day of the show.  Please ask for and pay attention to delivery specifics when you arrange for your tickets. 
 
The Box Office will accept tickets from individuals for pickup by another party.  You may be asked to present an ID so that we can document the source and time that the tickets were left.  For your convenience Ticketmaster now provides electronic ticket transfer for on-line orders:  www.ticketmaster.com
