Enhanced Security Features Prior to Entry

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to allowing extra time for new security procedures at Vibrant Arena events

Guests should be aware that the Vibrant Arena will be implementing enhanced security measures prior to event entry. All guests will be scanned using metal detectors when entering the facility and all bags brought into the facility by patrons are subject to size restrictions. To accommodate the additional time needed for the new security procedures, doors will be opened 60-90 minutes prior to most events and fans are encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time for ingress.  Please check your particular event for door opening times.

Bags no larger than 5” x 7” x 2’’ will be permitted inside the Vibrant Arena. Guests who have bags larger than this size will be asked to return them to their vehicles or discard them. This is in addition to the existing policy that all bags, purses or personal items of any size are subject to search.  An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. The Vibrant Arena is unable to store over-sized or prohibited items. 

The Vibrant Arena respects the privacy of its guests and the enhanced security measures will only be used to prevent hazardous and prohibited items from entering the venue. These measures are being implemented in light of the changing world we live in. There are no known specific threats, we are merely following suit with other venues around the country for the overall safety of our guests.
